How we take and process orders
Step 1 - Choose your foliage.
We update our Greenery list weekly for our florists to ensure orders are current and fresh. You can find the list here on our website with unit and cost information. Or if you've connected with us before, you’ll get this list sent directly to you each week via email. This includes a variety of our seasonal best, bold, delicate foliage, fillers, and flowers.
Step 2 - Send us your order for picking.
Send us your order through our form below, or send us an email with your choices by 5 PM Friday. Then we will add your order to our picking process over the weekend and ready for Monday’s delivery. We invoice once your order has been delivered.
Step 3 - Deliveries.
We will deliver your order to you on the next available Monday after your order. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, delivery will be made on the next working day.
If no one is available to receive your order, we will leave it at your designated drop-off area and send you photo proof of delivery.
